I was reading a great article by ProBlogger Darren Rowse about an idea he started called: 31 days, last night. The idea is simple. You do a post a day for 31 days in the month of October. This was then picked up by other bloggers and last year there were over 1,200 bloggers who did the same thing.
There have been similar ideas like Vi Wickam’s Fiddle Tune-a-Day for 365 days, and people who take photos of themselves every day, like Noah Kalina who has taken a photo of himself everyday for 12.5 years!
I was thinking of doing something similar, and then I thought, why wait till October? April begins on Monday. So I’m going to do 30 days of blog post ideas through the month of April. I’ll post a new idea for writing a blog post everyday. The ideas will be general topics or themes and should appeal to a range of blogs. Your challenge is to see how they can be applied to your blog and use them in your Editorial Calendar when planning future blog posts.
I’m hoping it will inspire me in the long run, and may provide some help for you if you’re stuck for new things to write about.
See you Monday!
